Let us remind you that in July the terms of the family mortgage changed. A preferential loan at a rate of 6% per annum can be obtained by families raising one child under 6 years of age in all regions of the country and families with two children under 18 years of age in certain regions. Banks issue such loans at market rates; the difference between the preferential and market rates is compensated by the state. This allows us to reduce the housing interest rate for borrowers.

In September 2024, a number of large banks exhausted the limits allocated for the program. The operator of preferential programs «Dom.RF» redistributed the remaining limits between banks.

Let us remind you that in April the family mortgage was extended until 2030.
