The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea: How to resume your right to receive a set of coats of services in terms of preferential medication

The presentation of a set of social services is regulated by Federal Law No. 178-ФЗ “On State Social Assistance”.

A set of social services is provided to recipients of a monthly cash payment and includes:

• Medical drugs for medical use, medical products, specialized therapeutic food for children with disabilities (according to recipes);
• Vouchers for sanatorium-resort treatment for the prevention of the underlying diseases;
• Free travel by suburban railway transport, as well as by intercity transport to the place of treatment and vice versa.

The citizen independently decides in what form it is convenient for him to receive social services: in kind or in monetary terms, and submits an appropriate statement to the territorial body of the Russian social fund. An application for the resumption of the provision of a set of social services (social services) is submitted until October 1 of the current year for the period from January 1 of the year following the year of submitting an application.

The size of the NSU from February 1, 2025 — 1,728 rubles 46 kopecks. per month. In case of refusal to obtain a set of NSUs, the patient loses the right to preferential medicinal security under the federal preferential program, while the cost of independent drugs can significantly exceed the amount of monthly compensation.

The following categories of citizens have the right to receive a set of social services:

• war disabled people;
• Participants in the Great Patriotic War;
• war veterans from among persons;
• military personnel who were military service in military units, institutions, military educational institutions that were not part of the army, from June 22, 1941 to September 3, 1945 at least six months, military personnel, military personnel.
• awarded the orders or medals of the USSR for service in the indicated period;
• persons awarded the sign of the «resident of the besieged Leningrad»;
• Persons who worked during the Great Patriotic War at the air defense facilities, local air defense, the construction of defensive structures, naval bases, airfields and other military facilities within the rear borders of the existing fleets, on the front-line sections of railways, as well as members of the crews of the transport fleet, interned At the beginning of World War II in the ports of other states;
• Members of the families of the dead (deceased) war disabled people, participants in the Great Patriotic War and war veterans, members of the families of persons who died in the Great Patriotic War from among the personnel of the self -defense and emergency teams of local air defense, as well as members of the family workers of state advisers and hospitals of the city of Leningrad;
• disabled;
• Children disabled.
