The Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Crimea will hold a competition «The best practices of mentoring in the Republic of Crimea»

Applications for participation in the competition are accepted until 24 June.

The Ministry of Industrial Policy of the Republic of Crimea announces an annual competition between the enterprises participating in the national project «Labor Productivity» «Best Practices of Mentoring in the Republic of Crimea».

The competition is aimed at identifying and disseminating best practices in mentoring to increase labor productivity, encouraging and recognizing mentors who have made a significant contribution to the development of mentoring and replicating effective mentoring practices in the Republic , — noted in the Crimean Ministry of Industry. 2022

The competition is held in four nominations:

«Mentoring in the field of productivity improvement» — Professional attitudes and mentoring practices related to the formation of needs for professional development and career support, the transfer of values, knowledge and skills in the field of productivity improvement and lean production, the formation of the required professional qualities and adaptation to the workplace, team, production environment, including a change of profession and professional retraining;

«Mentoring in professional self-determination» — Professional attitudes and mentoring practices related to the analysis of the state of the labor market and the needs of enterprises in qualified personnel, professional information and advice on modern types of production and development prospects market of professions, forms and conditions of their development; occupational requirements; assistance in professional self-determination (in order to make an informed decision on choosing a professional path), determining the degree of professional suitability for a particular profession (in accordance with regulatory requirements);

«Mentoring in the professional development of young people» — Professional attitudes and mentoring practices related to the formation of a functional structure of work activity and relevant qualities (hard work, efficiency, professional responsibility) and abilities in young people, accompanied by the acquisition by students of initial practical experience in the conditions of educational organizations and real production, consolidation and improvement of professional knowledge and skills, mastering modern production processes, adaptation to the specific conditions of enterprises (when students undergo educational and industrial practice);

Disruptive Technology Mentoring — Professional attitudes and mentoring practices related to the development of research and development activities in a corporate culture, the development of disruptive technologies that require the adoption of strategic solutions and use of scientific and material and technical resources, which are the cutting edge of the development of science and technology (including digital and additive technologies, robotics, security systems, socially oriented technologies, etc.).

Participation in the competition in all nominations is allowed. Participation in the competition is free.

To participate in the competition, it is necessary to send to the address of the Ministry of Industry of Crimea on paper, as well as on electronic mail analiz@mprom.rk.gov.ru an application for each nomination, as well as consent to the processing of personal data.
