The Ministry of Justice of Crimea will host a Unified Day of Free Legal Aid

On September 26, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Crimea will host a Unified Day of Providing Free Legal Assistance, timed to coincide with the Day of the State Emblem and State Flag of the Republic of Crimea.

The event will be held from 10:00 to 16:00 (with a break from 13.00 to 14.00), it will traditionally be attended by representatives of the prosecutor’s office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, the Branch of the Pension Fund and social insurance of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Crimea, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea, the Notary Chamber, the Russian Lawyers Association and lawyers.

As part of the Single Day of Free Legal Assistance, citizens will be provided with free legal advice on issues of pensions and enforcement proceedings, social support for the disabled, pensioners, the poor and families with children, protection of citizens’ rights, property and land relations, migration, road safety, and also performing notarial acts— reported the Republican Ministry of Justice.

To receive free legal assistance, you must provide a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (or an identification document of the citizen) and a package of documents for each specific case for which the citizen applies.
