The Ministry of Justice of the Crimea is announced by the day of free legal assistance

The event will be held on March 12 from 10.00 to 16.00 in the building of the ministry (Simferopol, the embankment of named after the 60th anniversary of the USSR, 28) and will be dedicated to the Day of the General Crimean referendum of 2014 and the day of reunion of Crimea with Russia.

Traditionally, the event will take place with the participation of lawyers and representatives of the prosecutor’s office of the republic, the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Crimea, the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, the branches of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Crimea, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection The Republic of Crimea, the notarial chamber of the Republic of Crimea, the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic Crimea and Cro LLC Association of Lawyers of Russia.

IN The framework of a single day of free legal assistance, highly qualified specialists of all branches of law will provide citizens with free legal advice on the issues: pension support, social support of participants in special military operations and members of their families, disabled people, pensioners, poor and families with children, performing notarial actions, property and land legal relations, enforcement proceedings and protection of the rights of citizens.

In order to get a consultation, it will be necessary to provide a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (or an identity document of a citizen), as well as a package of documents for each specific case that requires clarification and proceedings.
