Vehicle traffic on the Crimean bridge has been restored in reverse mode along the extreme right lane of the Taman-Kerch direction. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin.
As was reported to the President today, the bridge was prepared for launch as soon as possible. We carried out a preliminary diagnosis of the structures of the spans, which confirmed that their condition allows you to start the movement. A temporary scheme for the organization of traffic on the bridge has been developed. Before making a decision on the possibility of opening traffic, the span was additionally tested. Also, artificial lighting was organized on the damaged spans according to a temporary scheme; during the repair work, it will be fully restoredsaid in his Telegram channel Khusnullin.
The Deputy Prime Minister thanked the employees of Rosavtodor, road builders, builders, and everyone who is now working to ensure traffic. In an hour, the first 50 cars passed over the bridge.
