At the Dance Theater named after. Elizarov, the finals of the regional stages of the All-Russian competition of intelligence, creativity and sports “Young Faces of the Country” and the Russian National Award “Student of the Year” took place, in which more than a hundred representatives of higher educational institutions of the city took part.
Experts identified the best chairmen of student councils of the year, social activists, media workers and volunteers, the best foreign and creative students, as well as the smartest students as part of the selection tests for “Student of the Year” and within the framework of the “Young Faces of the Country” competition, winners in the areas of friendship, creativity, artistry, courage, charisma, creativity, excellence, inspiration and style.
Every year, the “Young Faces of the Country” competition and the “Student of the Year” award bring together the brightest and most active student youth. This is an opportunity for children to demonstrate their best skills in various fields, learn something new, as well as find like-minded people from other educational institutions and further implement their initiatives together. The second vice-Miss Student of Sevastopol was the representative of the Sevastopol branch of the Russian University of Economics. G.V. Plekhanova Anastasia Vozvyshaeva, the first is Sevastopol State University student Lera Asanova. The title “Miss Student of Sevastopol” was also taken by SevSU representative Alina Kharchenko.
The Grand Prix of the Sevastopol regional stage of the Russian national award “Student of the Year” was taken by a student of Sevastopol State University Ekaterina Kudrevich.
Regional stages of the Russian National Award “Student of the Year” and the All-Russian Competition of Intelligence, Creativity and Sports “Young Faces of the Country” have been held in Sevastopol since 2015. The organizers are the Sevastopol regional public organization of the All-Russian public organization “Russian Union of Youth” and the Youth Affairs Department of the city of Sevastopol.
