The priority, of course, is a close location to the village and to the coastal strip. For the future, opportunities and an early connection to all necessary resource networks are considered— he said.

In addition, “immediately in advance the issues of providing transport interchanges and other things are considered,” added Solovyov.

He recalled that veterans and military disabilities — participants of SV, who, at the time of February 24, 2022, had a residence permit in the Crimea, or lived on the territory of the republic for five years before the indicated date, can stand up to the land.

Also, persons who have concluded a contract with organizations “which contribute to the fulfillment of tasks in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the zone of Svo,” said Solovyov.

In addition, the persons who have concluded a contract in the territory of the Republic of Crimea for participation in a special military operation can be used in this measure of support in the military commissariat or at the military service in the territory of the Republic of Crimea— he added.

In this case, the Crimean registration for obtaining land is not necessary — it is enough that the contract is concluded in the territory of the Republic of Crimea, Soloviev said.

Members of the family fighters of a special military operation can also get a free land plot in Crimea or compensation for it.

Recall that in the Crimea, the payment of compensation to the fighters at 1 million rubles was launched in instead of the provision of land plots, the head of the republic, Sergei Aksenov, reported on April 25.
