The next gang of “black realtors” was detained in Crimea — 30 million rubles of profit from them “in the account”

As previously reportedfrom 2021 to 2023, the attackers searched in Feodosia and Simferopol residential premises and land plots that were not used for a long time. After that, with the help of fake documents, contracts of sale were drawn up to acquire ownership of them. The total damage from unlawful activities exceeded 30 million rubles. As part of the criminal investigation, another fact of the illegal activity of attackers was documented. It was established that in July 2024, under the guise of a civil law transaction, a 38-year-old resident of Simferopol and his 48-year-old accomplice illegally took over the right to a dwelling in Feodosia with an assessment value of more than 1 million rubles-voiced the details of the case in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Republic of Crimea.

Currently, a set of necessary investigative actions and operational-search measures is being carried out, a number of forensic examinations have been appointed, and the involvement of these persons in similar crimes is established.
