The nomination of candidates for deputies of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol of the third convocation has been completed

The Sevastopol City Electoral Commission (SCEC) has completed accepting documents on nomination of candidates for deputies of the regional parliament. According to the final data as of July 4, 2024 (18:00), the following citywide lists were submitted to the SCEC:

• Sevastopol city branch of the Political Party LDPR — Liberal Democratic Party of Russia
• Political party COMMUNIST PARTY COMMUNISTS OF RUSSIA
• Sevastopol regional branch of the All-Russian political party «UNITED RUSSIA»
• Sevastopol city branch of the political party «COMMUNIST PARTY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION»
• Regional branch of the Socialist political party «A JUST RUSSIA — PATRIOTS — FOR TRUTH» in the city of Sevastopol;
• Regional branch of the political party «NEW PEOPLE»
• Regional branch of the political party «Russian Party of Pensioners for Social Justice» in the city of Sevastopol

In single-mandate constituencies, 46 people submitted documents on nomination for deputies of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol of the third convocation (including 3 self-nominated):

• Balaklava District Electoral Commission – 5
• TEC of Gagarinsky District – 18
• TEC of Leninsky District – 11
• Nakhimovsky District Electoral Commission — 12

After the SEC has certified the lists, the candidates will face the next stage – submitting documents for registration to the Sevgorizbirkom and district commissions.

Within 10 days from the date of receipt of the documents required for registration of candidates, the commissions will make decisions on registration or refusal of registration.
