Changes to the regional tariff (established for 2025 and approved by the decision of the NPGS (Protocol No. 8 dated 24.12.2024, with clarifications dated 16.01.2025, protocol No. 1)) were made on the basis of the decision of the NPGS board 03.03.2025, in connection with the entry into force of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Russia dated 30.01.2025 No. 15 “On the order to make amendments to the order Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation dated 12.09.2023 No. 253 “On approval of the formula for calculating the economically substantiated maximum size of the regional tariff and the list of benefits applied to regional tariffs”.
