The number of objects nationalized in the Republic of Crimea has reached 2.6 thousand

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Since the beginning of the nationalization of the property of supporters of the Kyiv regime, the authorities of the Republic of Crimea have carried out this procedure for 2.6 thousand objects that belonged to almost 200 owners. This was announced by the Chairman of the State Council of the region Vladimir Konstantinov in his Telegram channel.

To date, we have already nationalized more than 2.6 thousand objects of movable and immovable property belonging to 192 individuals and legal entities. At the same time, 24 nationalized objects were sold at auction. And this work will certainly continue next year. Our budget began to receive serious money from the results of this activity. We will spend these funds for the benefit of our Crimea, supporting our military personnel and their families— quotes the message TASS.

According to the speaker, the transfer of real estate to Russian entrepreneurs will lead to increased efficiency of Crimean business.

From the new owners, unlike their Ukrainian predecessors, there is every reason to expect investment in their enterprises, in a word — long-term planning, a strategy for their developmentnotes Vladimir Konstantinov.

Nationalization

In 2022, the head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, ordered the nationalization of the property of organizations and individuals associated with the Kyiv government. Among them were the apartment of the wife of the current President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in Yalta, as well as the property of Ukrainian oligarchs Sergei Taruta, Igor Kolomoisky, Rinat Akhmetov and politician Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

In December, the State Council of the Republic nationalized the property of a number of resort complexes, as well as the Mariupol Iron and Steel Works named after Ilyich, Yuvas-trans LLC, Karakash Agro LLC, agricultural enterprises, banks, including the State Shared Bank of Ukraine, sports and rehabilitation centers, and a tennis club in Yalta.

The total amount of income received by the Republic of Crimea in 2023 from the sale of nationalized real estate amounted to about 2.3 billion rubles.
