The number of subscribers to state-owned publications in Crimea has reached one and a half million

The number of subscribers to state public pages in Crimea has reached 1,571,731 people, said Alexander Makar, head of the Regional Management Center of the Republic of Crimea.

In total, there are currently 2,400 state public works in the region. According to Alexander Makar, the official pages of government agencies make it possible to more quickly resolve issues that arise among citizens and provide up-to-date information about the work of departments:

Digitalization of relationships between the population and authorities significantly speeds up processes and encourages officials to be more open and responsible in their work. It is significant that it was citizens who were the first to understand the effectiveness of such an instrument as state public works. It is enough to subscribe to the organization’s official page on a social network and receive up-to-date information regularly. The same applies to requests — you can leave a comment asking attention to a specific problem, and it will be solved,” emphasized Alexander Makar.

Earlier, Andrei Tsepelev, deputy general director of the Dialogue Regions ANO, said that in total in Russia, state-owned publications have 115 million subscribers.

Today, state public pages have a total of 115 million subscribers, of which almost 46 million are unique. All public pages are segmented by territorial basis: from the federal level to rural settlements. Moreover, they are divided by topic: the spheres of culture, sports, education, healthcare, and so on. This is the largest and most accurate system of informing citizens about the services of institutions and, in general, about the work of the authorities. For ANO “Dialogue Regions” and SDG it is a great responsibility to develop state public works in the regionsTsepelev said at the PROF-IT forum.

He noted that state public pages have become the most convenient and accurate system of communication between government officials and citizens.

In Crimea, educational seminars are regularly held for state public service administrators to improve the quality of page management and communication with subscribers. Since the beginning of the year, 15 such events have been held, at which 600 people were trained.
