The official portal of the Government of the Republic of Crimea posted the results of determining the cadastral valuation of plots in the Crimea
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Aleksey Kostin, First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for State Registration and Cadastre of the Republic of Crimea, recalled that the results of determining the state cadastral valuation of land plots (GKZ) located on the territory of Crimea are posted on the official portal of the Government of the Republic of Crimea.
The cadastral value of land plots is established for tax, rent and other purposes. Carrying out a cadastral assessment is often associated with Goskomregister due to the consonance of a number of terms. However, you should know that the work to determine the cadastral value of land was carried out last year by the state budgetary institution «Center for Land Management and Cadastral Valuation», subordinate to the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea. The results of the new mass cadastral assessment were approved by the Decree of the Council of Ministers of Crimea on November 16, 2022 No. 1010. The cadastral value of the plots was determined on a specific date — January 1, 2022, but the actual application of the assessment results starts from January 1, 2023— said Alexei Kostin.
He also stated that according to Art. 21 of the Federal Law of July 03, 2016 No. 237-FZ “On State Cadastral Valuation”, the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Crimea “Center for Land Management and Cadastral Valuation” accepts applications for correcting errors made in determining the cadastral value. In addition, the cadastral value of a plot can be established by a budgetary institution in the amount of its market value at the request of citizens and legal entities, if the cadastral value affects the rights or obligations of these persons, as well as state authorities and local governments in relation to real estate objects located in state or municipal property. Such an application can be submitted to the State Budgetary Institution «CWKO» in the period from the date of putting the property on the cadastral register until the date of deregistration. The method of application submission — by courier, mail with acknowledgment of receipt or via web services — is at the discretion of the applicant.
You can find out the cadastral value of any land plot on the website of the Public Cadastral Map https://pkk.rosreestr.ru/ or by ordering information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate. You can get an extract on the cadastral value on paper by submitting an application to the MFC, or in electronic form through the portal of Rosreestr or Gosuslugi. No fee is charged for providing information on the cadastral value of land plots and capital buildings— quotes the press service of the head of the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol Olesya Kalinkin.
