The owners of the Crimea brewing plant were transferred to the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces

The head of the Republic of Crimea said that the nationalization of the Krym Pivobozalcoal Plant JSC occurred as a result of the verification of the anti -terrorist commission. As said by Sergey Aksyonov, the audit showed that several owners of the combination of the plant are citizens of Ukraine and are currently living in Spain, while the income received by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As a result, the plant was nationalized and corporate. The proceeds-about 4 billion rubles-we allocated for the repair of cultural houses, the installation of playgrounds, physical education complexes in rural areas of the republic. At the same time, the entire team of the enterprise was preserved. The workflow continues without any changes— notes the head of Crimea.

Sergei Aksyonov added that currently the options for preserving the plant in state property are currently being studied.

A variety of options are considered. As, for example, in the case of the Bakhchisarai cement plant, which it was decided to leave the republic. This is a strategically important enterprise. However, in the case of PBC “Crimea”, I think it will be more effective to find a large owner with a large resource for the further development of the plant— said the head of the republic.

In addition, Sergei Aksyonov recalled that the anti -terrorist commission makes decisions on the nationalization of a particular object belonging to Ukrainian citizens who support the nationalist Kiev regime collegial.

Employees of the FSB, financial monitoring provide data on the movement of funds: where the money goes, what offshores, how are they later withdrawn. If it turns out that the operations are related to organizations financing the Armed Forces of Ukraine, then the anti -terrorist commission makes a collegial decision. This work will continue. As he has repeatedly said, Russia’s enemies will not earn in Crimea— emphasized the head of the republic.

In addition, Sergey Aksyonov emphasized that during the nationalization, labor rights of workers are ensured in full.

We have no exceptions or changes in this part. Everyone continues to work, stably receive wages. I note that during all this time, not a single appeal from a single labor collective of nationalized enterprises has been received to me. And not a single enterprise has ceased its existence— concluded the head of Crimea.

REFERENCE. The decision on the nationalization of property of foreign citizens and states committing unfriendly actions against Russia was adopted at the vote of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea in February 2023.

JSC «Pivobozalko -Combine» Crimea «is the largest manufacturer of beer on the peninsula, sweet carbonated drinks, mineral and drinking waters. The plant produces more than 30 brands of brewerous products, the recipes of which are developed by local specialists.

Bakhchisarai Cement Plant JSC, in addition to cement, produces dry construction mixtures, including glue for tiles, plaster, bulk floor, etc. The plant operates a certified laboratory that ensures the efficiency of the necessary tests and tests of the starting raw materials, clinker and finished cement.
