The “Paint over the danger” campaign took place in Sevastopol once again

The “Paint over the Danger” campaign is aimed at raising the awareness of young people, including minors, that advertising of prohibited substances is one of the tools for the spread of drug addiction in modern society. The event was attended by employees of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Sevastopol, local activists and representatives of the younger generation.
This time, an anti-drug raid was carried out in a residential area on Pobeda Avenue. Traditionally, at the beginning of the event, police drug control officer Svetlana Kiryukhina told participants about the dangers of drugs and the fight against them. She paid special attention to how drug dealers involve young people in their illegal business. The police officer explained what liability is provided for advertising and illegal transactions with prohibited substances. She also explained how to avoid becoming an accomplice in a drug trafficking crime.,” noted the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol.
Within a few hours, they managed to paint over more than 70 inscriptions on houses and buildings in the neighborhood, containing advertisements for Internet resources distributing prohibited substances, as well as offers of easy money.
