The parliament of Crimea will consider the bill on «student capital»

In order to improve the demographic situation, it is proposed to establish student family capital in the amount of one million rubles for each child, subject to a number of conditions. In particular, the birth of a child’s mother until she reaches the age of 25 years inclusive— said in the document.

To receive student family capital, both parents must be citizens of the Russian Federation and live in the Republic of Crimea. In addition, they should be full -time students.

The received funds can be used by such families only when buying residential premises, said Sergey Trofimov. The consideration of the bill was submitted to the plan of the billing works of the parliament for 2025, however, the effect of this law after its adoption will apply to families with children born on January 1, 2025.

In total, 43 bills were submitted to the Foreigned Works of the Crimean Parliament for 2025, among which 17 proposals received from the head of the Republic of Sergei Aksenov, 17 from the Committee of the State Council, and the rest from deputies, as well as representatives of ministries and departments.

In addition to student capital paid from the republic’s budget, young families will have the right to receive all federal payments on a common basis, including funds maternal capitalwhich can also be spent on improving housing conditions.
