The participants of their own and members of their families at the open day in the personnel center of Sevastopol were offered over 200 vacancies

This year, the support of the military personnel fired in the reserve continues within the framework of the national project «Personnel». Our experts will compose an individual employment plan, taking into account their experience, health and preferences. Career guidance, psychological support, training in demand in demand and help in opening your own business are also provided,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol, director of the personnel center Svetlana Rendak.

Six enterprises and organizations in the areas of ship repair, winemaking, government and others voiced their proposals today. Among the vacancies there are both working professions and positions for employees: accountants, agronomists, police, engineers, locksmiths, drivers, electricians, welders and others.

In addition to the vacancies fair, the seminar “State support in the field of employment”, training on a business style and rules for a successful interview, as well as a tour of the updated personnel center, were held for applicants. Career consultants helped in compiling a resume, working with the “Work in Russia” platform, they talked about the possibilities of self -employment and social contractions. Also representatives of the University named after V.I. Vernadsky consulted on training and educational benefits for the participants of his own and their families.
