As a result of operational investigative activities, employees of the department of economic security and anti-corruption of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Kerch, with the assistance of colleagues from the regional FSB Directorate, identified facts of illegal monetary remuneration received by employees of a city municipal enterprise.
It was found that in July 2023, the head of one of the city Housing and Maintenance Departments, for a monetary reward in the amount of 50 thousand rubles, entered deliberately false information in the documents about the person serving an administrative punishment in the form of compulsory labor. In fact, this citizen did not go to work.
Based on the data provided by the territorial division of the Federal Bailiff Service in relation to the specified person, enforcement proceedings were terminated— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
Also, operatives of the OEBiPK Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Kerch identified and documented the fact of illegal activities on the part of the head and foreman of another city housing department.
In October 2023, for a monetary reward of 20 thousand rubles, officials provided a citizen with a document with deliberately false information about the administrative punishment he allegedly served at the enterprise in the form of compulsory labor, on the basis of which the territorial branch of the FSSP also terminated enforcement proceedings against this citizen— the police said.
During searches at the place of residence and work of the suspects, police seized various documentation of evidentiary value. The defendants were given a preventive measure in the form of a recognizance not to leave the place. Other facts of illegal activities of the detainees are established.
Criminal cases against officials of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise MOGOK RK «ZHILSERVISKERCH» (clause «a» of part 5 of article 290; part 1 of article 285; part 2 of article 292 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) are conducted by the Investigative Committee. In the near future, all defendants in the case (from housing departments Nos. 4 and 6) will be charged.
As part of the investigation, possible episodes of criminal activity of the defendants and the involvement of other officials of the enterprise will be checked.,” noted the Sledkom.
