The President of Russia instructed to approve the federal project “Five Seas and Lake Baikal” by November

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to approve the federal project “Five Seas and Lake Baikal” within the framework of the national project “Tourism and Hospitality”. List of instructions published on the Kremlin website.
To the Government of the Russian Federation: to approve, within the framework of the national project “Tourism and Hospitality”, the federal project “Five Seas and Lake Baikal”, which provides for the creation of federal year-round resortssays the order.
In particular, resorts will be created on the coasts of the Baltic Sea (resorts «White Dune» in the Kaliningrad region and «St. Petersburg Marina» in St. Petersburg), the Sea of Azov (resort «Primorsk» in the Zaporozhye region), the Caspian Sea (resort «Kaspiyskiy» coastal cluster» in the Republic of Dagestan), the Sea of Japan (resort «Primorye» in the Primorsky Territory), the Black Sea (resorts «Novaya Anapa» in the Krasnodar Territory and «Golden Sands» in the Republic of Crimea) and Lake Baikal (resort «Magic Baikal» in Republic of Buryatia and Irkutsk region).
Vladimir Putin also instructed to approve, within the framework of the national project “Tourism and Hospitality,” a federal project for the production of domestic products for the tourism industry, providing for its financing from funds allocated for the implementation of relevant industrial development programs. Instructions must be completed by November 1.
Also, when forming and adjusting plans for the development of airports, roads and railways, energy and other infrastructure, it was instructed to provide for the measures necessary for the implementation of the federal project “Five Seas and Lake Baikal”.
