CrimeaPRESS reports:
A meeting of the winners of the “Leaders of Russia” management competition with Russian President Vladimir Putin took place within the walls of the Moscow Kremlin. The meeting participants told the head of state about the impact of this competition on their further professional development, as well as what projects they are currently implementing. The meeting was attended by Deputy Governor of Sevastopol Maria Litovko, who is the winner of the second “Leaders of Russia” competition, which was held in 2018-2019.
At today’s meeting, the attention and support of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin towards each of the participants was especially noticeable. Winning the “Leaders of Russia” competition in 2019 allowed me to undergo training in the personnel management reserve of the Higher School under the President of the Russian Federation and receive an appointment to the position of deputy governor of the city of Sevastopol. Also, thanks to participation in this competition, I was able to gain valuable management experience that I apply in my work, and find many new friends and partners who are ready to provide support and help.– quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Maria Litovko.
Implemented since 2017, the “Leaders of Russia” competition is the flagship project of the open platform “Russia – Land of Opportunities” and the autonomous non-profit organization of the same name. This project is aimed at developing a system of social elevators in Russia. The purpose of the competition is to identify, develop and support promising managers with a high level of development of leadership qualities and management competencies.
The winners of the “Leaders of Russia” competition receive educational grants in the amount of 1 million rubles, mentors from among the best managers in Russia, and the opportunity to enroll in a special program for the development of a personnel management reserve. Over the entire period, more than one million applications from 150 countries have been submitted to participate in the competition. The fifth season of the project started in April 2023, the super final of which took place in February of this year — 102 managers became winners.
