A new kindergarten in Simferopol will become a major contribution to the development of the social infrastructure of the Republic of Crimea, in support of families with children. This is a modern building, erected taking into account all the requirements for the safety and quality of such facilities.– said the President of Russia.
Sergei Aksyonov reported to President Vladimir Putin that 100% accessibility of preschool education has been achieved in the republic, this is a significant moment, since this indicator has been significantly increased over several years. «In 2023 alone, 18 kindergartens were put into operation, and by September 1 of this year, it is planned to open another 20 kindergartens for more than 4.6 thousand places,» the Head of Crimea informed.
In addition, Sergey Aksyonov reported that together with Dmitry Chernyshenko, they discussed issues of construction and general development of the university campus on the basis of the Crimean Federal University named after V.I. Vernadsky, as well as the construction of a new educational system that will allow for more in-depth training of specialists needed by the country in various fields.
Separately, Sergei Aksyonov thanked Vladimir Putin for supporting the creation of a new school in Crimea, designed for 1,100 students, and for other projects.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko also spoke at the meeting:
The kindergarten we opened today in Simferopol is one of more than 500 preschool institutions operating in Crimea. Over 10 years, the provision of such facilities has increased from 40% to 100%. The builders have done a great job. While in Crimea, I would also like to note the positive experience of training management teams of general education organizations in the country at the International Children’s Center «Artek».
Dmitry Chernyshenko noted that since 2023, all kindergartens have been working according to a single federal educational program for preschool education. This promotes patriotic education and allows for the formation of traditional spiritual and moral values.
Before the meeting, Sergei Aksyonov and Dmitry Chernyshenko inspected the new kindergarten located in the Simferopol microdistrict Zalesye.
The modern preschool institution is designed for 350 children. The building has a treatment room and a medical care room, a laundry and a food block, a sports and music hall, bedrooms and rooms for groups of children of all ages. Staffing is 100%. A chess program is currently being implemented.

Experience shows that with due attention such children develop faster, their readiness for school and life in general is much higher. We currently employ speech therapists, psychologists and social workers, and we are planning to introduce a special education teacher position, – said the director of secondary comprehensive school – kindergarten No. 36.
Sergey Aksyonov expressed gratitude to the staff of the institution and all teachers of Crimea for their hard work. «Our teachers and mentors are always at the forefront. Thanks to their work, the education system in Crimea is developing dynamically, and the children are growing up educated and well-rounded, patriotic and united. This is very important,» the Head of Crimea noted, emphasizing that the authorities of the republic will continue to actively support the education sector at all levels.
