The President of the Notary Chamber of Sevastopol held a session with social coordinators

The Social Coordinator is a position in the Fund created to organize comprehensive personal support for veterans of the SVO and family members of deceased (dead) SVO participants. Only specialists who have completed a specialized advanced training program are allowed to work as a social coordinator. As part of the performance of their job responsibilities, these people must be familiar not only with the list of benefits and privileges provided and the procedure for their registration, but also be able to generally advise their wards on how best to act in a given life situation.

When inviting people to participate in the seminar, the organizers outlined the questions for the notary that need to be explained to those gathered; their list is as follows:

• power of attorney, the procedure for its execution, the list of powers under the power of attorney, the validity period of the power of attorney;
• will, the procedure for its execution;
• registration of inheritance rights, orders of succession and obligatory shares in the inheritance.

During the lecture, the head of the Sevastopol notary office explained in detail to those gathered the announced topics and answered all additional questions that arose during the conversation.
