The agenda of the business meeting included the following issues:
- priority areas of interaction between the Northern Register and the Public Council;
- cadastral registration of capital construction projects for which notification has been received from the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the City of Sevastopol on the compliance of constructed or reconstructed individual housing construction projects or garden houses with the requirements of the legislation on urban development activities prior to the adoption of land use and development rules;
- judicial practice on appealing decisions on suspension of state cadastral registration and (or) state registration of rights or refusal to carry out state cadastral registration and (or) state registration of rights in relation to real estate objects in connection with the restrictions established by the order of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation dated 12.08.2016 No. 1864 «On approval of requirements for the implementation of activities and urban planning regulations within the boundaries of the territory of a cultural heritage site of federal significance — the landmark «Ancient City of Tauric Chersonesos and the Fortresses of Cembalo and Kalamita», located in the city of Sevastopol»;
- Features of state cadastral registration and registration of rights of capital construction projects located on a land plot with the type of permitted use “individual housing construction (code 2.1)” located in a territorial zone that does not provide for this type of permitted use.
The participants managed to discuss all the issues planned for consideration, despite the fact that the meeting had to be urgently interrupted. After the air raid warning was announced, the last item on the agenda was discussed on the way to the shelter.
