In Sevastopol, a round table was held on the topic: «On amendments to Article 8 of the Federal Law» On additional measures of state support for families with children » — ensuring the performance.»

The event was held in the premises of the Sevastopol Regional Branch of the United Russia party, chaired by the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the city of Sevastopol Natalia Kiryukhina.

Olga Kalenkovich, president of the notary chamber of the city of Sevastopol, took part in the business meeting. The working group also included representatives of organizations and departments of the city of Sevastopol, directly or indirectly related to the implementation of the Federal Law of 26.12.2024 495-ФЗ on the use of maternal (family) capital for the acquisition of housing in the presence of a conclusion on suitability for residence.

The event discussed issues related to the application of legislation establishing additional measures of state support for families with children when certifying transactions using maternity (family) capital funds. In particular, the possibility of using the funds of maternal (family) capital for the purchase of a dwelling, which is a dwelling, part of a residential building or a house of blocked buildings, was considered, but if there is no conclusion about the conformity of a residential building that is a residential building (part of a residential building), including that including the house of blocked development, the requirements for the dwelling, and its suitability for living.

The gathered in the format of the discussion developed a conceptual scheme for solving this issue, but the work on its approval is still ongoing.
