The President of the Notary Chamber of Sevastopol took part in the coordination and methodological council of notary chambers of the Northwestern Federal District

From March 28 to 31, a meeting of the Coordination and Methodology Council (CMC) of the notary chambers of the Northwestern Federal District of the Russian Federation was held in Vologda. Councils of notaries regularly meet to discuss current issues of notarial activity and changes in legislation.
The opening of the coordination council was attended by the President of the Federal Notary Chamber Konstantin Korsik, President of the Notary Chamber of the Vologda Region Elvira Sergeeva, President of the Notary Chamber of the Kaliningrad Region, Chairman of the Council of Notary Chambers of the Northwestern Federal District Zhanna Remeslo, Deputy Governor of the Vologda Region Sergei Sorokin, Head of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Vologda Region Dmitry Lazarev.
Representatives of notary chambers of the Northwestern Federal District gathered to discuss important professional issues. Among the invited persons was the President of the Notary Chamber of the city of Sevastopol Olga Kalenkovich.
Over the course of two working days, colleagues discussed the following topics:

- features of certifying a marriage contract in the presence of credit obligations of the spouses;
- the limits of the powers of the executor of the will;
- certification of marriage contracts, agreements on the division of property of spouses acquired during marriage, with a foreign element;
- preparation by the notary of nomenclature files to be transferred to the notarial archive;
- the procedure for a notary’s actions when registering inheritance rights in the presence of inheritance cases opened in the territories of the Russian Federation and new constituent entities of the Russian Federation before their acceptance into Russia;
- the practice of initiating disciplinary proceedings and their consideration, including requests from the territorial body of the Ministry of Justice;
- certification of the agreement on granting an option to conclude a contract;
- the procedure and problems of certifying transactions involving legal entities located in new territories of Russia;
- question arising in connection with the collection of notarial fees for performing notarial acts.
