Economics:

The gross regional product over five years has almost doubled compared to 2019, the forecast for the gross regional product at the actual prices for 2024 is 301.9 billion rubles. The budget’s own revenues increased 2.2 times, and amounted to 36.6 billion rubles in 2024. The volume of investments in fixed assets increased, over 5 years it exceeded 418.2 billion rubles. According to this indicator, Sevastopol is one of the ten leaders of the regions of Russia. The unemployment rate has decreased to 0.12%. In addition, in Sevastopol there has been a high level of state programs, over the past two years it amounted to more than 99 %, and since 2019 this figure has increased by 35.6 %. So, within the framework of the state program “Socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol”, 99 objects were built.

The scope of education:

For five years, 20 education objects were built and reconstructed in Sevastopol, among them: eight schools for 4,389 seats; 11 kindergartens for 2,360 places; Sevastopol Cadet Corps of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation named after Vladimir Ivanovich Istomin. For 3 years, 27 objects were repaired in 15 schools under the presidential program. 100% coverage of preschool education has been achieved, that is, in Sevastopol, the problem with queues in kindergartens was completely solved. Healthcare sphere:

In Sevastopol, 23 healthcare facilities were built in five years, and 118 out of 120 medical institutions were praised during this time. This year, licensing work is planned to be completely completed. Also in the city a system of medical education of the full cycle was created. In 2023, the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and the Health of Savings was opened at the SevUU, 50 students are accepted annually for targeted training at the expense of the city budget. In the Zhenya Deryugina medical college, a target training program also operates, last year 124 nurses and paramedics released. Doctors who have arrived from other constituent entities of the Russian Federation are paid 1 million rubles for work, at the moment these are 146 doctors and 58 paramedics. The city also resolves the apartment issue for doctors using the CRT program. The expectation of life in the region has reached 75.06 years.

Sports area:

Over the five-year period, 52 sports facilities were built in Sevastopol, including the Gornyak stadium, SOK named after the 200th anniversary of Sevastopol, the Palace of Water Sports, the FOC with the pool in Inkerman, the FOC with the Boxing Hall, the Fijtal Center and others, the House of Sambo. The share of citizens systematically engaged in sports increased to 56.9%, and in 2025 it is planned to cover 59% of Sevastopol residents with systematic exercises.

The field of culture:

Sevastopol is now becoming the cultural capital of the South of Russia. Over the five years, the construction of the New Chersonesos museum-guard complex was completed, the Children’s Art School, the Choreography Academy, and the multifunctional cultural center in the Cossack Bay were built. 11 rural houses of culture were also repaired, work in this direction continues. The number of visitors to culture institutions almost doubled and amounted to more than 6.3 million.

Areas of road and urban economy:

In the region, almost 600 km of roads were repaired in five years, including the seventh and eighth sections of the Tavrida highway. 67 public spaces were also landscaped. During this time, the city was solved in the city — more than 10 km of water supply networks were repaired. The number of lights increased by 78.2%, since 2019 more than 21 thousand lights have been commissioned. Sevastopol was among the 20 leading regions on the implementation of the National Project «Safe high-quality roads».

The sphere of social support of people:

To date, 135 thousand people receive social support measures in Sevastopol. Projects «Dairy Kitchen» and «Gift to the newborn» are implemented: 14,353 families used the services of dairy cuisine; 15 233 kids received a “gift to the newborn”; 10,565 children received a memorial sign of the “born in the city-hero Sevastopol”-this tradition was revived in 2022. The issue with problematic houses of the Ukrainian period is systematically resolved: 17 apartment buildings were commissioned, 1333 citizens are restored. The issue of providing housing for orphans is being resolved-258 people have already received their housing. Sevastopol entered the nine of the Russian regions, which by May 1, 2022 coped with the current emergency housing resettlement program and began to the next stage ahead of schedule. Our SevU is one of the largest universities in the South of Russia, leading the Scientific and Educational Center of Sevastopol. On its base is the Nutz «Seaagrobiotekh», which is engaged in developments in various fields, from unmanned systems to environmental monitoring. The structure of the university includes college, a pre-warhead, 13 institutes, including the Institute of Nuclear Energy and Industry, located in the historical building of the Naval School in Holland. It is here, on the north side, in 2025-2035, we plan to create a world-class campus. The campus project provides for the creation of several university centers:

• The Center for Nuclear Medicine, which will include the educational and laboratory corps, the building of the positron emission tomography, the building of the university clinic and, university clinic and rehabilitation center;
• Center for Nuclear Energy and Industry, which will include laboratory buildings, technopark and exhibition complex;
• Center for sports training and rehabilitation.

Also on the territory of the campus there will be modern complexes for students and faculty. During the project, the reconstruction and construction of buildings and structures with an area of ​​294 thousand square meters is provided. m.

It is assumed that about 15 thousand students will study in the university campus, and the number of jobs will increase from one to five thousand.
