The problem of providing Crimean beneficiaries with medicines should be resolved in February

The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, instructed to resolve issues related to providing Crimeans with preferential medicines by March 1. As the Minister of Health of the Republic of Crimea promised, the situation will stabilize over the next week.

A large supply of drugs is expected, including for the treatment of diabetes and cancer. Logistics will be worked out, drugs will be delivered to pharmacies at their destination— informed the Minister of Health of the Republic of Crimea.

Sergei Aksyonov criticized the work of the hotline of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Crimea-Pharmacia”.

The check showed that it is almost impossible to get through to the line, and even if you do get through, the waiting time for an answer takes up to 15 minutes. This state of affairs is unacceptable— emphasized the Head of the Republic.

He set the task of urgently improving the quality of work of operators taking calls from citizens.
