The problems that arise in the MKD must be eliminated within three days — Sergey Aksyonov

It is necessary to organize joint work so that citizens do not have to waste time clarifying relations with officials. Everything should be clearly regulated. At the same time, I believe that the most pressing issues — whether it is a non -working elevator or absent heating — should be resolved in manual control mode within three days, without excessive bureaucracy and formalism. It is very important that the Crimeans know that the real result will be obtained according to the results of any appeal— said the head of the republic.

According to Sergey Aksyonov, more than 11 thousand apartment buildings are located on the territory of the republic. The housing supervision of the Republic of Crimea drawn up the appropriate register, which includes the criteria of the management organizations, as well as the recommended tariff for the maintenance of the common property of the MKD.

Once again, I remind you that the decision on the size of the tariff is the prerogative of the inhabitants. Neither the managing organization nor the local administration have the right to impose it. At the same time, the leadership of the municipality during general meetings with the owners may recommend choosing one or another management company, assuming responsibility for its activities— said the head of Crimea.

Sergei Aksyonov called on the owners of apartments without fail to attend common -house meetings, not to stand aside and make decisions aimed at creating and maintaining favorable and safe living conditions.

The head of the housing inspection of the Republic of Crimea, the chief state housing inspector of the Republic of Crimea Dmitry Razumovsky informed that the department compiled a rating of 152 managing organizations of Crimea for the first quarter of 2025, which was determined by four criteria. This is the number of citizens’ appeals to the inspection, the estimated area of ​​the MKD in the department, the amount of debt to resource supplying organizations, as well as the term of the management company in the market.

Sergei Aksyonov proposed adding the frequency and completeness of the provision of reports on their work to residents of serviced houses to the rating criteria.

The event was also attended by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Mikhail Nazarov.
