The procedure for conducting absentee voting is determined when making decisions by the general meeting of members of the horticultural or garden non -profit partnership using EPGU. That is, the Federal Law of 07.22.2024 N 211-ФЗ “On Amending the Federal Law“ On Citizens by Citizens of Horticulture and Gardens for their own needs and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation ”was implemented.
