The project «Ticket to the Future» will be able to save tens of millions of rubles for the Crimean business

The «Ticket to the Future» project invites the Crimean business community to take advantage of ready-made career guidance cases and lay the foundation for training specialists. The project is ready and open to requests from companies that need early career guidance for their future personnel. This was stated by the representative of the «Ticket to the Future» project at the site of the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Center, which ended in St. Petersburg.

The events included in the scenario of the project «Ticket to the Future» are aimed at solving the important task of providing the labor market with qualified personnel, motivated, consciously made their choice , — says the curator of the project «Ticket to the Future» Lilia Ziborova.

She added that the goal of the project is to show the current schoolchildren, who in the near future will make up the country’s human resources potential, what industry is in Russia. And also what technologies are used at enterprises, what opportunities for implementation the employees of industrial companies have, how to become and remain successful and in demand in the country.

This year, more than Crimean schoolchildren took part in the project and passed professional tests. Perhaps it is these guys who will come to study at colleges, technical schools and universities of the republic, and after graduation, at the enterprises of the region.

As a reminder, «Ticket to the Future» is an all-Russian project on early career guidance for students of 6-11 grades of educational institutions. It is included in the passport of the federal project «Success of every child» within the framework of the National project «Education» and in the 2022 year is implemented in the multimedia parks «Russia — My History».
