The prosecutor's office checked the construction of two schools and a kindergarten in Simferopol. There are violations

In Simferopol, employees of the prosecutor’s office, as part of the supervisory support for the implementation of state contracts, went to the construction sites of two schools and a kindergarten.

During the visit, an inspection of the facilities under construction was carried out, issues related to compliance with the construction deadlines, quality and pace of work were discussed with contractors. Separate violations were identified during the construction of facilities, including those related to non-compliance with the requirements of project documentation.

Based on the facts of the revealed violations, the district prosecutor initiated three cases of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 9.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of mandatory requirements in the field of construction and the use of building materials (products). Warnings issued to the guiltythe prosecutor’s office said.

In order to eliminate violations, submissions were made to the contractors. The expenditure of budgetary funds for the performance of works on objects and their implementation in full, qualitatively and on time is controlled by the prosecutor’s office.
