The prosecutor's office checked the progress of construction in the Baydar valley of gas pipelines

The prosecutor’s office of the Balaklava district of Sevastopol carries out supervisory support for the implementation of the state program “Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol” during the construction of gas pipelines in the Baydareskaya Valley.
The deputy prosecutor of the district Nikolai Chistyakov checked the dynamics of the execution of state contracts for gasification of 2 queues, as well as for gasification of the villages of the native, advanced and Rossoshanka. The audit was carried out directly with the departure to the facilities with the participation of the customer representatives-GKU Unified Capital Construction Directorate and Contractors: Bayderbeton-Plus LLC, MIRTEK LLC and Sitigazstroy LLC.
The deadline for the execution of the state contract for gasification of the Baydar Valley of the 2nd queue was postponed from 2024 to December 2025. Currently, readiness is 75 %.
Construction work in the villages of the native, advanced and Rossoshanka is carried out in accordance with schedules, the necessary number of engineering workers, workers and units of equipment is involved at the facilities.
According to the results of the departure, the district prosecutor’s office announced to contractors a warning about the inadmissibility of violations of the law in the execution of these state contracts. Due to insufficient control over the progress of work by the customer at the EDC GKU, an idea was made to eliminate the identified violations.
The implementation of the state program “Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol” during the construction of gas pipelines in the Baidarskaya Valley remains under the supervision of the prosecutor’s office.
