The prosecutor's office checked the progress of construction of a residential complex in Yevpatoria

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Deputy Prosecutor of Yevpatoria Yuriy Provotar went to the site — an apartment building under construction on Lenin Avenue, the construction of which is being carried out with funds from participants in shared construction.

It has been established that the construction company has postponed the deadline for putting the house into operation, about which the shareholders were not informed in a timely manner. In connection with the identified violations, a report was made to the company, and a case of administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 14.8 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of other consumer rights)— reported the supervisory agency.

Together with representatives of the construction company, Yuriy Provotar inspected the construction site and the already erected objects of the house, including entrance lobbies, entrances and premises of future apartments. The prosecutor’s office took control of the completion of work at the site and the commissioning of the house.
