The prosecutor's office checked the progress of the construction of the covered rink in Sevastopol

The prosecutor’s office of Sevastopol carries out supervised the implementation of the state program “Socio-Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol”, in the framework of which the covered ice rink with artificial ice in the area of the intersection of General Melnik and the Laboratory highway is being built in Sevastopol.
Deputy Head of the Office for the Execution of the Federal Legislation of the Prosecutor’s Office of the city Ales Pavlovsky, the prosecutor of the Nakhimovsky district Dmitry Reich and other prosecutors, with the departure to the place, checked the course of work.
The state contract for this facility is concluded between the State Pedagogical University “Unified Capital Construction Directorate” and LLC “Asgard”. At the moment, the construction readiness of the facility is 68 %.
Directly at the construction site, a working meeting was held with the participation of representatives of the Office for the implementation of the federal target program for the development of the city of Sevastopol, the Customer and the contractor under the contract. In order to ensure compliance with the terms established by the contract, the prosecutor’s office of the Nakhimovsky district announced a contracting organization a warning on the inadmissibility of violations of the legislation on the contract system in the field of public procurement. Also, the prosecutor’s employees focused the attention of the customer — GKU “ESC” — on the need to ensure constant strict control over the progress of construction work.
The practice of visiting prosecutorial inspections of the implementation of the state program “Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol” on the territory of Sevastopol continues.
