The prosecutor's office demanded to restrict access to a dangerous abandoned building in the Crimean village of Pyatikhatki
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The prosecutor’s office of the Krasnogvardeisky district conducted an audit of compliance with the requirements of the legislation on ensuring the safety of buildings and structures. It has been established that the building of the former village council, located on the territory of the Pyatikhatsky rural settlement, is in disrepair. At the same time, the local administration has not taken measures to conserve the building in order to prevent access to the emergency facility, ensure the protection of dangerous areas and prevent accidents and injuries to people.
In this regard, the prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit with the court to impose on the local administration the obligation to restrict access to the building. Having considered the stated requirements, the court satisfied the claim of the supervisory authority. The execution of the court decision is under the control of the prosecutor’s office, – reported in the supervisory department.
