The prosecutor's office demands that a plot of land in the southern coastal village of Oliva be returned to the municipality.

The Yalta prosecutor’s office conducted an inspection of compliance with the requirements of land legislation. It was established that in 2009, a land plot on Perevalnaya Street in the village of Oliva, which is partially located in the forest park area, was transferred to private ownership.
In view of the identified circumstances, the city prosecutor’s office filed a claim in court in the interests of the municipality to return the site to municipal ownership— reported the supervisory agency.
The lawsuit is pending.
