The prosecutor's office «incentivized» the developer of the Chernika residential complex in Simferopol

First Deputy Prosecutor of Crimea Pavel Smagorinsky went to the territory of the Chernika residential complex under construction in Simferopol, where he held a reception for citizens (interest holders). Together with a representative of the developer, he inspected the construction site and the buildings of the apartment building under construction.
During the inspections, it was established that the developer of the Chernika residential complex violated the deadlines for the introduction of apartment buildings in the area of u200bu200bthe street. In addition, the developer company violated the procedure for installing reinforcement structures and deviated from design solutions when arranging floor slabs for basement floors, door and window openings. Based on the results of the adopted set of prosecutorial response measures, the developer intensified the pace of construction.
In addition, the first deputy prosecutor of the republic held a personal reception for citizens participating in shared-equity construction, who spoke about the problems during the construction of the specified residential complex.
