The Kerch prosecutor’s office, at the request of a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, conducted an inspection of compliance with legal requirements for the maintenance of the common property of an apartment building.

It was established that in the apartment building in which the veteran lives, common property is improperly maintained. There is a break in the sewer pipe running in the entrance of an apartment building, and as a result, the wall of the apartment in which the veteran lives is blocked. In order to restore the violated rights of the applicant, the supervisory department submitted a proposal to the management organization, which was reviewed and satisfied— said the prosecutor’s office.

The violations have now been corrected and the necessary repairs have been completed.
