The Balaklavsky District Court of Sevastopol agreed with the claims of the Sevastopol Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor on the need to vacate the land plot on the street. Chernorechenskaya, 115, in the city of Inkerman from illegally placed waste and a crushing plant.

As previously reported, the environmental prosecutor’s office, with the involvement of specialists from the Department of Municipal Economy, checked the compliance with the requirements of the legislation in the field of production and consumption waste management. Having no right to use the site adjacent to the building, the enterprise placed on it dumps of soil and other materials with an area of ​​more than 2000 m2.
