The prosecutor’s office of the Leninsky district of the city of Sevastopol conducted an audit on the appeal of a local resident on the issue of drug provision for her disabled child.
The applicant’s 9-year-old son was found to be suffering from epilepsy. He needs to be provided with Ethosuximide, but the drug has not been provided to him. The prosecutor’s office of the district sent a statement of claim to the court imposing on the Department of Health of the city of Sevastopol the obligation to provide the child with the necessary medication free of charge for the entire period of treatment— announced the details of the case in the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Sevastopol.
The prosecutor’s claim was satisfied.
