The prosecutor's office of the Balaklava district of Sevastopol checks the readiness of the beaches for the summer season

The prosecutor’s office of the Balaklava district of Sevastopol, together with specialists of the territorial body of Rospotrebnadzor, the Department of Agriculture and the Consumer Market, the Department of Urban Economy and the Center for the GIMS of the Main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for Sevastopol, is checking the implementation of the requirements of legislation in the implementation of the beaches.

The legality of the placement on the beaches of non -stationary trading facilities, the design of beaches by the right to use a water body on the basis of a water use agreement and a number of other issues are checked. The staffing of rescue and medical posts on the beaches with qualified personnel, equipment, signaling and communications in accordance with established standards and the possibility of their uninterrupted operation until the end of the beach season is evaluated. Currently examined the beaches «Dolphin», «Emerald», «Laspi»,-the press service of the department said.

Conducting on -site verification events on the beaches of the district continues. In case of violations, prosecutor response measures will be taken.
