The prosecutor's office seeks the release of the Baydarsky reserve site from unauthorized objects

The Sevastopol Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor’s Office conducted a check of the implementation of the requirements of the law in the field of compliance with the regime of specially protected natural territories.

It was established that on a land plot in the area of ​​p. Rodnikovov in the recreational zone of the state natural landscape reserve of regional significance «Baydarsky» commercial organization conducts economic activity using the geological facility «Skelskaya Cave». At the same time, in violation of the regime of a specially protected natural territory, the organization equipped the zone adjacent to the geological facility by unauthorized installation of solar panels, automobile trailers in the form of trains, dry closets and other non -stationary objects. Based on the results of the audit, the environmental prosecutor’s office to the address of the general director of the business entity made an idea of ​​eliminating violations. The act of prosecutorial response was considered, but the territory of the reserve is not released, -reported in the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Sevastopol.

In this regard, the environmental prosecutor sent a lawsuit to the Leninsky District Court of Sevastopol to assign the obligation to free the specially protected natural territory from unauthorized objects, which was considered and satisfied.

The execution of the court decision is under the control of the prosecutor’s office.
