At a staff meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, the issue of readiness of institutions in the event of receiving an air raid signal was discussed.

Vice-Governor Igor Mikheev reported on work in educational, cultural and sports institutions.

Meetings were held with the directors of institutions and deputies for security, an action plan and instructions were approved for each institution in the event of an air raid alarm. Accordingly, an action plan has been developed for each institution individually, depending on the category and the availability of underground shelter spaces, together with the department of public safety. The governor noted that the main coordinating role in this work belongs to the Department of Public Security.

Mikhail Razvozhaev also noted the need to intensify efforts to inform residents about shelters and continue preparing temporary shelters:
