The President of the Notary Chamber of the city of Sevastopol took part in recording the next series of stories for the Sevastopol television program “I Have the Right”. The TV show is always popular among Sevastopol residents; with its help, viewers will learn answers to everyday questions regarding the competence of a notary.
The host of the program, Nikolai Skrabets, talked with Olga Kalenkovich about the right of inheritance, transactions and disposal of property.
In upcoming episodes, viewers will learn answers to the following questions:
- What to do if one of the heirs retains a document confirming the testator’s right to the land plot? Can a notary issue a certificate of inheritance in this case?
