The regional first aid championship ended in Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The competition took place in several stages, the participants were tested on their knowledge of the basic rules and basics of first aid, as well as two game situations in which they had to demonstrate the skills of helping victims with bruises, dislocations, bleeding, loss of consciousness and emotional shock. The championship was organized by the First Movement in Sevastopol and the Russian Red Cross. Towards the end of the championship, a solemn award ceremony for participants and winners took place on the stage of the primary department of school No. 61.
We wish that the acquired first aid skills will not be useful to you, but your knowledge is the most important tool, so everything that you have learned, become acquainted with and discovered at the master classes and during the championship, you will carry with you throughout your life . Be the first and love what you do— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Anna Molchanova.
Schoolchildren and students who took training master classes from specialists from the Russian Red Cross were able to participate in the Championship of the First Movement. Thus, the First Movement helps to form in students an active socially responsible position, an understanding of the need to provide first aid to those in need and an awareness of the values of volunteerism. The First Movement helps everyone understand that socially useful activities, helping people, serving society are the main goal of every citizen of Russia.
Our school, School No. 3, walked towards this victory for two whole years. We participated in the regional championship for two years, actively prepared as a team, and finally the victory is ours! We are going to represent our glorious city at the federal level!,” notes an activist from the primary department of school No. 3.
The first place in the regional championship was taken by the team of school No. 3, the second place was shared by the teams of school No. 35 and No. 32, and the third place was shared by the teams of school No. 32 and the Zhenya Deryugina Medical College.
