The regional stage of the All-Russian Employment Fair has ended in Crimea

56 medical organizations in Crimea provided more than a thousand jobs for future medical workers. These are therapists, pediatricians, specialized specialists such as neurologists, anesthesiologist-resuscitator, cardiologist, obstetricians-gynecologists, ophthalmologist, oncologists, psychiatrists, and nurses. The fair site was visited by 658 participants. Employers also provided applicants with information about measures to support medical workers: payments to young specialists, compensation for rental housing for primary care doctors, one-time payments to doctors of especially in-demand specialties who arrived from other regions, the provision of office housing, and others.
Over the course of just two days, 382 employers took part in the events of the regional stage of the All-Russian Employment Fair, presenting 10.5 thousand jobs. The fair events were attended by 7,493 participants, who were given the opportunity to communicate directly with representatives of several potential employers.
The fair venues were deployed on the basis of 19 territorial branches of employment centers in cities and regions of the republic, 12 educational institutions of higher education and (or) secondary professional level in municipalities.
In order to get acquainted with the world of professions, 14 industrial and 25 professional tours were held at enterprises in the region that are in dire need of personnel. 177 job seekers and 504 students took part in these tours.
The All-Russian Employment Fair is being held for the second year in a row simultaneously in all regions of the country within the framework of the federal project “Promotion of Employment”.
