The regional stage of the All-Russian intellectual tournament Knowledge.Game started in Crimea

On April 15, Simferopol will host the finals for the Southern Federal District of the All-Russian Championship Znanie.Game in the format “What? Where? When?”, organized by the Russian Society “Knowledge”. 15 teams of schoolchildren and college students from the republic will take part in it. They will have to demonstrate their knowledge, as well as their ingenuity and teamwork skills, by answering questions covering a wide range of topics.

A total of 130 teams of schoolchildren and college students of the Southern Federal District took part in the qualifying games and had the opportunity to compete for access to the federal finals. Based on the results of the regional finals, which will be held in 11 federal districts from April 8 to 19, 2024, the 4 best teams from each district will be determined. They will go to the federal finals, which will take place in Moscow at the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia” in May 2024. Also, a separate stage of the intellectual championship will be the online Knowledge.Game Cup, which will be held on April 20, 2024. The final game of the regional stage will give you another chance to get a ticket to the finals. Together with the online cup participants, teams that failed to qualify for the federal finals at previous games will compete for victory.

Participants in the federal finals of the competition will be 75 teams: the 35 best based on the results of qualifying games, 20 leading teams of the online Cup Knowledge.Game, as well as 20 teams from partner tournaments, which will be held under the license of the production center «Igra-TV», the copyright holder of the brand «What ? Where? When?».

Let us remind you that the All-Russian tournament in the game “What? Where? When?”, included in the list of intellectual events Knowledge.Game, started in October 2023. The largest intellectual competition takes place in three categories: “What? Where? When?”: schools and colleges” — for schoolchildren in grades 5-11 and secondary school students; «»What? Where? When?: Universities” — for students of higher educational institutions up to 25 years old; «»What? Where? When?: open games”, where all lovers of intellectual competitions over 18 years of age will be able to take part.
