The regional stage of the festival of children's and youth creativity «ARTbukhta» has ended in Sevastopol

The awards ceremony and gala concert of the regional stage of the Great All-Russian festival of children’s and youth creativity «ARTbukhta» took place at the Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity. In the 2023–2024 academic year in Sevastopol, competitive screenings were held from November to February in the following categories: “Vocal”, “Choreography”, “Original Genre”, “Instrumental Performance”. During this period, 766 people from 38 educational institutions of the city took part in it. 327 creative performances in the stated nominations were presented to the jury.

Based on the results of their work, 40 participants and teams received maximum marks and became winners of the regional stage of the Great All-Russian festival of children’s and youth creativity «ARTbukhta». The winning numbers will be sent for evaluation by an all-Russian jury, where winners from all over Russia will be determined.

For about 10 years now, the festival has been giving children the opportunity to demonstrate their creativity and see the creative projects of other children. This year, the number of creative teams is growing, and the jury members note the high level of preparation of the children. All this is thanks to our teachers, leaders of creative teams, who did a great job in preparing the performances. I would like to thank our talented children, parents, teachers, jury members for the wonderful days of competition and congratulate the winners on their victory— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the Palace of Children and Youth Creativity, Alexander Osokin.

The guys were awarded diplomas from the regional resource center of the Department of Education and Science of the state budgetary educational institution of additional education “Palace of Children and Youth Creativity”.

The winner of the Grand Prix of the “Art Bay” competition was the exemplary academic choir “Lark” of the Palace of Children and Youth Creativity.

“I have been a member of the exemplary choir “Lark” for only a year. During this time, I have already managed to take part in many competitions and concerts. From participating in the festival I gained invaluable experience and made new acquaintances. It came as a complete surprise to me that our team won the Grand Prix. We will continue to strive only for victory,” shared Maria Volkova, a member of the exemplary choir “Lark”.

The “ARTbukhta” competition in Sevastopol has been held since 2015 among educational organizations with the aim of supporting and developing children’s and youth creativity, aesthetic education, and introducing children to the values ​​of Russian and world culture and art. From 2022, children with disabilities will also have the opportunity to express themselves.
