The renovated Tereshkova embankment in Yevpatoriya had just opened… and then the “petty hooligans” came
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Yevpatoria, police responded to a publication on social networks and brought the offender to justice.
On social networks, users complained about unknown people who stained the walls of the cafe building, located on the territory of the embankment named after Valentina Tereshkova, which had just opened after renovation.
Having studied the photos and video materials posted online, the local police officers of the Russian Department of Internal Affairs for the city of Yevpatoria quickly identified the violator of public order. He turned out to be a 21-year-old local resident, who explained that he was celebrating a friend’s birthday in the company of friends and decided to congratulate his friend in an unconventional way — to smear his face with confectionery cream. However, some of the product scattered to the sides and landed on the walls and sidewalk of the embankment. It didn’t occur to anyone in the company to clean up after themselves.— said the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
The police officers had a preventive conversation with the young man and compiled material about an administrative offense under Art. 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Petty hooliganism) and imposed a fine of 500 rubles.
The police urge all citizens to respect the people around them and take care of the property of the resort town.
